Anti-Spam Policy

Our commitment to preventing abuse of our network and services.

Overview

Nesva Cloud does not permit the use of our services for sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), or for hosting content or infrastructure that supports spam. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all customers and users of our platform.

Prohibited activities

You may not use our network or services to send, relay, or facilitate unsolicited email; to harvest addresses or data for the purpose of sending spam; to operate open relays or proxy servers for spam; or to host websites, applications, or content that are primarily used for spam or phishing. Sending commercial email without valid consent (e.g., opt-in) or in violation of applicable laws (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR) is prohibited.

Compliance and best practices

If you send email through or in connection with our services, you must comply with applicable anti-spam laws, maintain accurate suppression lists, honor opt-out requests promptly, and ensure you have appropriate consent for all recipients. We may require proof of consent or compliance if we receive complaints or detect suspicious activity.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse and respond to complaints from third parties and blocklists. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and we may report activity to relevant authorities. Repeat or serious violations may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.

Reporting spam

If you believe you have received spam that originated from or is related to Nesva Cloud infrastructure, please report it to us with full headers and any relevant details. We investigate all reports and take action in accordance with this policy. You can contact us or use our abuse reporting channel if we have published one.
