Description of services
Nesva Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services, including virtual machines, bare metal servers, managed applications, and related products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice where practicable.
Account and use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, our Anti-Spam Policy, and applicable laws.
Payment and billing
Fees for services are billed in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. You are responsible for all charges incurred. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Our SLA describes uptime commitments and any applicable credits.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, send spam, violate the rights of others, or otherwise abuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesva Cloud and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected services in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
