Last updated: April 10, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Nesva (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“users,” “you,” or “your”) of our cloud services. “The SITE” or “SITE” refers to https://www.nesva.net.

This Policy describes how we use information obtained about you when you visit our SITE or when you enroll in, or otherwise use, our online offerings. This Policy does not cover information we may obtain from or about you through channels other than use of the SITE.

Users who live in the EEA are invited to read our GDPR Privacy Notice below.

If you are looking for California-specific information, see our CCPA Privacy Notice below, which is integrated into this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Personal information

We may collect personal information from users in a variety of ways, including when users visit our website, register on our platform, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or engage in other activities or services we make available. The personal information we collect may include the following:

1.2 Non-personal information

We may collect non-personal information about users whenever they interact with our services. This information may include technical information about users’ devices, operating systems, and browsing habits. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect this information.

2. How we use collected information

2.1 Purposes

We may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

2.2 Non-personal information

Non-personal information may be used to enhance our services, diagnose technical issues, analyze trends, and administer the website. This information is typically collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2.3 Legal, safety, and enforcement

To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including as part of a judicial proceeding; to respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process; or as part of an investigation or request, whether formal or informal, from law enforcement or a governmental authority.

To protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Nesva, our services, any third party, or the general public; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to prevent or stop activity that Nesva, in its sole discretion, considers to be, or that poses a risk of being, unlawful, unethical, or legally actionable; to use as evidence in litigation; to conduct audits; and to enforce this Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Terms of Service.

3. Information protection

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information, usernames, passwords, transaction information, and data stored on our platform.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

For more information on Nesva’s security controls, please refer to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and certification reports, or contact us for availability.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to third parties. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business or servicing users, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws.

In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose personal information to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

5. Third-party websites and services

Users may find advertising or other content on our website that links to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. We do not control the content or links on those websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our site.

Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites that have a link to our site, is subject to that website’s terms and policies. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and collect information about how users interact with our website and services. Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s device. They enable us to remember user preferences, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services.

Users may set their browsers to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent. Some parts of our website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Do-not-track: Our systems do not currently respond to browser “do-not-track” signals. You may disable certain tracking as described in this section (for example, by disabling cookies). You may also opt out of targeted advertising using the instructions in the third-party ad network section below.

Third-party ad networks: We use third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on third-party websites or other media (for example, social networking platforms). This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements for products and services in which you may be interested. Third-party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and/or audience measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs, and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to customize advertising content. These third-party cookies and technologies are governed by each third party’s privacy policy, not this one. We may provide those third-party advertisers with information, including personal information, about you.

Users in the United States may opt out of many third-party ad networks. For example, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Consumer Choice Page or the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page for more information. Opting out from one or more companies listed on those pages will opt you out of those companies’ delivery of interest-based ads to you, but you may still receive ads (for example, contextually based ads). If your browser is configured to reject cookies when you opt out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt-out may not be effective. Additional information is available at AboutAds.info and networkadvertising.org.

7. Your rights and choices

Users have certain rights regarding their personal information, subject to applicable data protection laws. These rights may include:

To exercise these rights, or if you have questions about the processing of your personal information, contact us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

8. Children’s privacy

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 13. Nesva does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our SITE is not directed to children under 16, and children under 16 are not authorized to access or use our services without appropriate consent. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will endeavor to delete that information promptly.

9. International transfers

We may transfer personal information to servers located in countries other than your home country. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to those countries.

10. Retention of personal information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

How to access or modify your information: We provide members the opportunity to access or modify information provided during registration. To access or modify such information, contact our customer service via https://www.nesva.net/contact/ or [email protected].

Your data protection rights under the GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the following data protection rights:

We respond to requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Additional disclosures: CCPA privacy notice (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. This section supplements the information elsewhere in this Policy.
